Some of the most common requests that we receive include: landscape lighting, wood burning fire pit, update a small planting area, drainage corrections, sprinkler repairs or zone additions, seasonal cleanups, general pruning, new/update mulch. Most of these tasks take a few days or less to accomplish. The price of these services range between $1,000 and $7,000.

A well-manicured lawn and landscape is the first thing visitors notice about your home and property. Michigan Landscapers will create an inviting atmosphere and leave a lasting positive impression with updates like new landscape beds and borders with annuals, shrubs and trees, moderate retaining walls, extensive outdoor lighting (both landscape and permanent holiday lighting), new lawn installation (both seed and sod), walking paths and patios, all in the range of $5,000 - $10,000.

You are thinking about a more in-depth upgrade to your property.  We can design and build a large functional retaining wall, total lawn renovation including proper grading with new sod and/or seed, large patios, artificial turf or putting greens, larger water features like a fountain or pond, design and install an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, pergolas and other garden structures. For tier III projects, you can expect to budget between $10,000 and $25,000.

If you are considering more luxurious/premium upgrades, think premium water features like fountains, waterfalls, ponds, streams; extensive, vibrant flower beds, bushes, butterfly gardens and trees that provide shade, blooms, seasonal colors and features. Or, high-end outdoor lighting, creating an ambiance to inviting outdoor spaces like a new outdoor kitchen (with appliances), large native stone wood/gas fireplace, TV area, extensive patios and walking paths. Budgets here range up to $150,000.

Weekly visit to your home by our experienced maintenance crews with tasks including, picking up dropped limbs, sticks and other plant materials missed by the mower. Touching up wood mulch as needed. Taking note of and reporting to Michigan Landscapers any dead or dying plant materials. Observe, document and report any issues in the landscape including patios, water features, trees, etc.

All features of our Basic plan plus weekly maintenance of water features such as landscape ponds/pools, waterfalls, fountains and streams, which includes proper pump and filtration operations, weekly scrubbing and re-filling (as needed). Monthly dead-heading flowers, trimming shrubs and trees as needed as well as dividing plants under the direct supervision of our designers. Edging landscape beds, patios and walkways when requested by property owner. Mulch touch-ups in landscape beds. 

This includes all features listed in Basic and Intermediate, plus "on call" same-day landscaping service, including emergency call-out for irrigation, water feature or tree service calls and outdoor appliance troubleshooting (per-visit price may increase due to work needed; irrigation parts/repairs, emergency tree work, etc.), Weekly visits include Basic and Intermediate service plus a landscape bed total clean (weeds, dead leaves, new mulch), outdoor kitchen cleanup, check and clean appliances.
