Your starting position on this career path will be based on your skills at the time you start

• Work with team-members building and installing landscape projects such as plant installation, patio, retaining wall, walkway construction, mulching, drainage work, irrigation installation and irrigation service, grading and other tasks related to landscaping, hardscaping or irrigation.
• Operate various tools and equipment as needed. Including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning.
• Help keep your team vehicle, equipment, and job site safe and clean.
• Assist other crews/divisions as needed dependent on schedule and season.
• Additional leadership and skills congruent with the Career Path table as your position progresses.

• Eligible for health insurance and 401k with company match after one season.
• You Will Have Career Path Options: Pay range is $16-$40 per hour and is determined based on a skill-based career path table.
• A profit-sharing bonus system to reward the people who make the magic happen.
• Holiday pay for all employees after 60 days of employment.
• Team environment where people are appreciated and their ideas are heard.
• Five day work week with occasional Saturdays during peak season. We pay overtime for anything over 40 hours.

• Ability to put safety first. Safety for you, our customers, team members and the general public
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required, with reliable transportation.
• Experience preferred, but not required. We will teach the right person if they have a good work ethic, attitude and exhibit consistent work attendance.
• Ability to physically perform the required tasks to complete the job, including lifting 80 lbs
• Working in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to keep a good attitude and re-direct negative crew members.
• Speak, read, and write English for effective communication.

• Ability to learn company programs/apps on company provided smart devices.
